Kim Kardashian and Odell Beckham Jr. are officially over. The former couple—who is still friendly!—reportedly split up pretty recently with zero hard feelings. But why, you ask? According to a source, they just…kinda…fizzled?

“Kim and Odell have been doing their own things lately,” an insider dished to Entertainment Tonight. “Kim is so busy and hasn’t been putting any pressure on herself to be committed to anyone or in a serious relationship. She is all about being a hands-on mom.”

“Kim and Odell have always been open and honest about their future, whether that be together or separate,” the source added. “They had a good thing and there aren’t any hard feelings on either side. They started as friends and still are. They will continue to be respectful of each other’s spaces, careers, families, and friends.”

FYI, these two were extremely low-key while they were together, and in February a source told the Daily Mail that Kim wanted “to keep her romantic life as private as she can right now,” adding that the reality star was all about protecting “her private life a bit more than she has done in the past.”

That said, a few days after this ^^^ intel was revealed, someone else told Us Weekly that Kim and Odell were “getting serious” but that the professional athlete is “low-key,” while the Skims founder is “accustomed to the limelight.”

Anyway! Happy these two can stay friends, but yeah, doesn’t exactly look like we’ll be seeing them make their Met Gala red carpet debut together.
