Jada Pinkett Smith revealed in a recent interview with Parade over the weekend that she and “Bad Boys” actor Will Smith never thought about being divorced, which is why they chose not to sign a prenuptial agreement when they got married in 1997.

Prenuptial agreements are unnecessary because, as Pinkett Smith claimed, the couple informed each other before getting married, “we’ll both figure it out and that’s why we We don’t need a prenuptial agreement.”

“We promised that divorce would be unnecessary,” Jada stated.
