Kylie Jenner is opening up about plastic surgery once again, this time shedding light on her decision to have breast implants at 19 — and what she thinks about it now.

In a new episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians, Kylie Jenner confirmed long-held suspicions that she got implants in a revealing conversation with her bestie Stassie Karanikolaou. According to Jenner, they were done shortly before she got pregnant with her daughter Stormi Webster. “You know I got my breasts done before Stormi, within six months of having Stormi, not thinking I would have a child when I was 20. They were still healing,” she explained, then shared that she wishes she’d never gotten the surgery at all and appreciates her natural body in hindsight. “I had beautiful breasts. Just gorgeous, perfect size. I just wish I never got them done, to begin with.”

Jenner told Karanikolaou that her view of the whole experience had changed a lot since having a daughter of her own, not to mention the many changes your body goes through during and after pregnancy. “I have a daughter. I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19,” Jenner shared. “She’s the most beautiful thing ever. I want to be the best mom and the best example for her. I wish I could be her and do it all again because I wouldn’t touch anything.”

The Kylie Cosmetics founder has been more and more vocal about her use of fillers, filters, and all the rest, and even talked about her family’s impact on modern beauty standards in an episode of The Kardashians. “I think I just see so many young girls on the internet now, like, fully editing,” she said at the time. “I went through that stage too.”

Jenner also addressed her use of fillers in an interview with HommeGirls, saying that, unlike her implants, she doesn’t regret her lip filler. “I think a big misconception about me is that I’ve had so much surgery on my face and that I was some insecure person, and I really wasn’t! Yeah, I love full lips and wanted full lips, but growing up, I was always the most confident person in the room,” she explained. “I was the girl performing for everyone. I had my one lip insecurity thing, so I got lip filler, and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. I don’t regret it. But I always thought I was cute.”

Back in 2019, Jenner addressed the many, many plastic surgery rumors and admitted she’d had facial filler, though she did not address the implants, which now we know she had definitely gotten prior to the interview. “People think I fully went under the knife and completely reconstructed my face, which is completely false,” she said. “I’m terrified! I would never. They don’t understand what good hair and makeup and, like, fillers, can really do. It’s fillers. I’m not denying that.”
