There were more than a few rumors about Drake and Rihanna’s relationship. Nothing added fuel to this fire more than their 2016 song, Not only did the pair make a song together, but the themes of the music video only added to the speculation about the nature of their relationship. However, since the pair went their separate ways, this song has carried a sour feeling for both of them. Recently at a concert, Drake performed this song, or what can be called a performance.

The reason for this, as revealed by on X, is that the rapper refused to sing this song. He mentioned that he no longer wished to perform this song anymore. He instead asked the audience to sing it for him.

Drake And Rihanna Ended On Bad Terms

Drake’s decision to refuse to sing this song does make a lot of sense because the pair aren’t on talking terms anymore. When rumors of their relationship were at their highest, the singer would time and time again state that she and the rapper were just friends. However, since their rumored split, she has been clear that they are no longer friends. She has also moved on with her life, being a mother of two, with ASAP Rocky.
